House plans called for 2 windows but we added the 3rd so my daughter could take in lovely view of pond filled with angel-white egrets. Now you can too! Built-in shelves and storage ready window seats, along with interior cottage shutters on windows make it move in ready.[upstairs]

Currently we are using the Home Office as an additional bedroom, nice to have the flexibility. I call it the Magnolia Bedroom. 🙂 Well it does have the view and fragrance when it blooms of our grand Southern Lady.
